I tried today to call FNB's enquiry line by the following number: 0875759404 which I got from their website, and to my surprise before I could speak to a consultant I had to first give my ID number, then the last 8 digits of my bank card followed by my bank cards pin number! Since when do they need your pin for an enquiry? I think this a and to make it worse the number I dialed I got from the FNB website. I want to know what they intend on doing now with ALL my info including pin
