Pathetic service at FNB Douglas

I had to wait in que for almost 40 minutes before being helped at the teller and there was only one person in front of me. As always only one of the 3 tellers was working, there was another teller at her window, doing everything but working. This happens all the time, especially at the end of the month, people have to que outside the bank as there is not space inside the bank for more than 10 people to que. The complaints book was also taken away so people can't even complain about the pathetic service
