Debiting my account without my authority

Hi,

I have had a very strange charge on my current account:

2013-09-13 NAEDO DEBIT CALLVOICE 66838858CALLVO1309 R 129.99-

I have phoned Standard Bank and they have told me that they do not have the companies contact details on their database. I have requested a STOP DEBIT ORDER & a reversal, but need the companies contact details to cancel the debit order in writing.

This left me very very suspicious.

I definitely do not have any debit order for R129.99 that I gave permission for.

Please help ASAP.
