I was phoning the call center ON BEHALF OF my sister and this lady to enquire regarding the Policy, and this rude cold bad consultnt called Nomvula answered and gave me a mouth full. I was a bit disapointed with the service i received from her. i have the reference of the call that i made to her: REF: 233 903 22
