WHY WAS I ENROLLED FOR YOUR CAR INSURANCE WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION? FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS YOU HAVE DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY.
