I went into old mutual branch (southgate) as I was advised by a call centre agent. When I got their they told me they cant assist me as the person who needs to assist has left for the day.

I came from work and unfortunately cannot take any more time off. Does this mean I cannot surrender my policies as only one person is dealing with this.
