Im writing this post on behalf of my wife, she phoned absa bank roughly about 3 weeks ago as she was due for delivery of our baby, anyhow se she phoned and made arrangements for a 60% percent installment from end of august, all good and well, a consultant phoned her back last week friday and confirmed everything was in order as arranged, this morning someone phones her from legal and tells her she is going to be served as a result of non payment, I on her behalf dont take threats lightly and she is on maternety leave, absa expect her tonstand I a que in the bank and sort their own out!! I expect someone competent to phone my wife and sort this BS out!
