Cant help as they busy at a party

My wife gets an sms that a debit has gone off her account with a very strange naration. she immediately calls the myupdate number and is told she did a transfer as the narration says "TRANSFER TO TE110 DD 17.08.2012". my wife tries to explain to the person that she did not do a tranfer and they put her through to. She explains to who says its a debit against her account and put her through to authorisations. eventually she gets hold of general banking as authorisations cant help and is told they can log a query as they dont who that is for and it will take 7-10 days and they will charge her R30 for teh query. so she asks for managers but is told they away and there is nothing they can do. she explains the urgency as this amount is invalid and she is trying to find out what it is as she hopes someone is not debitting her and going clean her account out. she is told to wait for the 7-10 working days until they can tell her but she will have to pay R30 for the enquiry. the managers cant help as they are busy having one fo the biggest parties in sandton with comedians and DJ's which we as customers are paying for. all she needs to know is who debitted her account and how
