Pathetic Service

On Monday 21 January 2013 i got stuck in Matroosfontein Cape Tow, i then contacted help@out, after several attempts i finally got to speak to a Matabo, giving him my location, even spelling it out, which was Cnr Vallhalla drive nad Balvenie Ave, Matroosfontein, he then gave me reference 422364. i then got called by the town-in people who said they can assist me because they are in Lainsburg amd i am in Cape Town. for the life of me i need to understand how you send a tow truck out of Laingsburg to Cape Town.
eventually after i was tired of begging for help, i phoned a friend who then helped me. in in doing so used my own money for something that i pay outsurance for.i am disgusted, and angry beyond words.
