I called to get my Phone insured and was advised i will recieve a call in 48hrs which didnt happen, i then called back and was advised i will receive a call that day and an email with all relevent info about my device... GUESS WHAT... im still waiting. Does it take two weeks to get insurance on a device i purchased through FNB??? FNB was so quick to approve my Phone and upgrade my personal account that they now dont want to insure my Phone, What kind of serice do you offer? what if i lose my ohone or it gets??? you dont give a do you as long as your monthly subs are paid. FYI i will be moving banks EFF 01/08/13 because my business is not good enough.
