Debit Order not collected

In the beginning of the month I sent 1Life Direct countless e-mails advising them that my bank details has changed in order for them to debit my account accordingly in this month there is now 2 days left till month-end which means that come next month it will be a double debit, now what escapes me is this after know's how many e-mails that I sent no one called absolutely no-one.

Can an employee of 1Life Direct please call me in order for us to resolve this matter before I'm the one who gets left with the short stick at the end of the day.

Extremely upset and Angry right now.
