I have spoken 3 different consultants in the Call centre

On the 15 july i called Cindy Ntuli answered she promised i would get the info within 48 hours.
On the 17 july i called Montasha Moletsana answered she promised i would get the info 24 hours
On the 25 july i called Diane Robert answered she promised i would get the info within 2 hours as soon as possible

I am still waiting what is so difficult to pull out history from 2008 to now
