DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONCERN

I had inquired with the company for a qaute which I got and was interested in taking it up, whoever the information provided initially was incorrect. Just before they activated the account Shelly called me to confirm if am taking the policy and provided info that was never provided before, I advised her to please confirm the info with the first contact person and tolde her never to activate the debit untill I have clarity of the correct info. She promised to call me back same day which she never did. I then sent her an email requesting to just cancel the policy before we go any further as no one answeres their lines within the company and she nver got back to me as promised (I was unhappy with the overall service). She then canceled it and I asked if there wont be any debits and she confirmed that to me as well, later a lady frm the company called me and advised that the policy has been cancelled and there wont be any debits today. This morning they debited my acc. even charges I was never told about. When I called the receptionist (Michelle) answered the phone and refused to give me Shelly's mangers cnct. I called again and Shelly tells me she needs bank statements to rvse d mny.
