Premium Increased By 50% Without Claims

Bad Day Iwyze,

For the last year and a 2 months, I have been a great client. There is not a month a premium was missed and I have never had any claims or changed my residential or contact details. But without notice, you guys increased my premium from R1209, 02 to R1872, 29. This is over 50% increase without disclosing this information to determine if I want to continue with your services or go shopping? That is violation of my consumer rights, therefore demand proper notification and refund for my money.

Please advise what lead to this premium leap and why was I not contact on my phone to make sure I have received your communicate and that I can afford this rate?
