You are asked to fill in forms for your payment. All is done correctly. They take a year to tell you your payment is in the processing stages, but they now need a bank statement. Anything to delay your payment. I don't understand WHY. Surely they must have the funds to pay out, so why the delay???
Try sending Emails. They are answered every now and then otherwise just ignored.
