On the 26 last friday the consultant of fnb call me say my account is over areas nd i didn'tpay on April then she. Just say the wil debt double this month (30072013) then she drop the call on monday i went to the branch looking for statement but on it shows that i pay on April but the say on their system it shows nothing nd we didnt have solution on that put she drop but how can they debt for double while the statement shows the transaction plz help
