Loan processing taking too long

Well I applied for a loan on saturday and today ts Wednesday I haven't received the loan on which the contract I signed states that I will get my loan on the 4th of january. Today ts the 8th and no money. Besides that the consultants call my work place on saturday n obviously t was closed then to my surprise on monday I called the head office only to be told the matter is still with the branch only to find out I had to go and redo my finger prints so that the application can be resent. Becauses I really need the loan I took the morning off on tuesday, went to the bank did the finger prints for reapplication. After that I got a call after work only to be told I needed to bring a letter from the bank to prove I was the account holder yet I had submitted my bank statement. I then took time off work again today in the morning and submitted what they had asked for. I have just called the head office only to speak to a rude consultant who could not give me any full expalnation and then asked to speak to a supervisor then she transfered the call only to leave the phone ringing and the next thing she hung up on me. Is this how you treat your foreign national customers? I need answers thanx
