So, after giving some friends a lift, upon taking a turn, a driver sped on a residential road and I was smashed and my car sent to the panel beaters. I made a third party claim to which the gentleman submitted to his insurer, Mutual and Federal. I received a call over a week ago and was told there were documents they would send me because he has third party cover. Despite well over a week since the call and going into the third month for my payment, I am still waiting! R138 000 is a lot of money for a lot of people. Is this the service you provide to your clients, Mutual and Federal? Or do you just make everyone else's life hard?
Copies of my letter will be provided to various media houses by this week Friday should I still have not received resolution.
