SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

I have had to make 6 trips to capitec bank in the past week to find out if I can apply for credit. Everytime I get told by a different consultant to go back to my employer and make changes on my salary slip instead of getting instructions on everything needed from my first inquiry. When I went back today I informed the consultant of my frustration in this matter and she spoke to me with the rudest attitude. She informed me to just relax and kept calling me "love" instead of ma'am. When I said capitec has really messed me around she told me that she and I are going to have a big fight if I say things like that and "love you must just chill out" How unprofessional. I am seriously considering moving banks as I am still waiting to hear if I can qualify. Your staff is not trained in customer relations or knowledge of your products. Shocking and disgusting. I have never been spoken to like that before by a supplier. Your staff do not know how to speak to customers or help them. USELESS!!!
