As allowed by the COOLING OF PERIOD in the contract, I decided to terminate the agreement for personal reasons. They were great with everything up to the point of having to pay back my money. Even though I have a FULL & FINAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT with them, they have failed to pay me back in the time frame which they had specified. I signed the settlement on 8 July, and they undertook that "the refund will be done within 15 days of signature thereof". Last I checked, 15 days from the 8th was the 25th, and I have yet to receive a even so much as a confirmation from them, much less my refund. So far Mimette and Jaco, who I dealt with initially, keep saying "finance is not their department", but I see no effort to put me in contact with the right people, even after I requested.
