Goodday my name is elton. my phone was dd 28/01/2013. i reported it with above mentioned insurance company dd 30/01/2013 as i was waiting for the case number. i phoned in dd 31/01/2013 to enquire about my claim. as at that time it was received but not process. i was really disappointed as i did not have a phone to use, but Amier came through. he ask me to be patient, process and finalized my claim with me in a few minutes over the telephone. never have i experience such dedication towards a customer. it felt good to be helped by him. 5 stars my man, 5 golden stars.
