I was contacted by the call centre and was offered insurance quotes
i was informed about a service admin fee and upon hearing the amount i declined their service
Jackie then informs me that she spoke with her manager and they will waive the fee this time as its not something they do often
i got them to state this in an email just for confirmation
and this morning i get a notification of R800 deducted from my account which is more than the service fee
needless to say i am fuming the service was good but this deduction has has just left a sour taste in my mouth
i want my money back and no i won't be paying a R50 debit fee because in my mine it was never to happen by closeof business today.
