Out of Pocket due to incompetent process

I paid up my personal loan on Thursday as your agents suggested and was supposed to get my account closed today but the debit order still came off my account and now I'm out of pocket. I called in to your call center and your agents said they can't assist, your payments team is not around and you take 7 days to normally do this. I find this utterly unacceptable in this modern age, every other bank would have refunded me right away. I want this sorted out today, I'm not willing to wait, it impacts my other accounts and my bond I have to pay. Please contact me immediately.
