I am UTTERLY DISGUSTED by how DESTRUCTIVE & CRUEL this bank is, takin such large amounts from my salary without a care of how I am going to survive. How can Standard Bank deduct R3000 & continuing from my salary without due notice or consideration for how I am going to survive throughout the month? I feel sick at the thought of how cruel these people are. Apparently I took out a personal loan in 2006of R32000 when I was an unemployed student & they supposedly have not been able to get ahold of me since. Surprising because i've been banking with them from December 2012 & no money had been deducted or ANY contact made to allow me an option to know & negotiate payment. They just deduct thousands as they please leaving me without money to even eat nevermind paying my bills. To anyone who was considering banking with this cold & heartless institution I urge you to read my experience & be warned because you'll never know when they may you over & ruin your life to the point where you cannot even buy yourself or family groceries!!
