Phoned Outsurance to advise of mobile phone update. Enquired whether I could negotiate a discount on my car insurance. Put through to Mzwanele who was able to reduce my monthly insurance debit order by hundreds of rands! (For myself and my son - we are on the same policy). I could not believe it! In addition, because I had already paid for July, I received a pro rated refund for the month. He made my day! I am a pensioner and every rand counts - thank you Mzwanele.
