Trying to settle accout its a hustle

I phoned African Bank on the 24/07/2013 wanting to settle my acc, i spoke to a consultan who emailed me the settlement letter, i then went to Foutways mall African Bank where i was advised that they don't accept cash and the lady said i can to an internet transfer of which i did and sedn proof of payment, the letter they gave me and an ID COPY, Yesterday i got an sms from bears saying tnhey cannot cancel my acc as tehr's still money outstanding on my Bears acc, i phone and spoke to Rebecca, she was very incompeted and could not even come u with a solution all she said was she can't see anything on the system. i asked to speak to accounts dep or supervisor he said he does not know them. i find this very disgusting as she was suppose to help. Please sort this out ASAP AND THE DEBIT ORDER WENT THROUGH I NEED THE MONEY REFUNDED PLEASE
