I have been with this people for more than 3 years and it happened that i need to claim then they giving me the run around.

i Submitted my claim on the 9th for This month and i was told it would take 7 to 14 days the the claim to be finalised. i made 3 calls too them this week just to do a follow up and two of those calls i was told they offline and the other one they cant provide me with any information at the moment.

THIS IS A, WHY DO WE HAVE PROBLEMS WHEN ITS TIME TO CLAIM.
