UNAUTHORISED DEBIT

Hello

I did not sign any debit order for the 25th of every month. So I cannot understand why a legal financial institute would manipulate the dates that were agreed upon.
While these unpaid debits do not affect your establishment, they are affecting my pocket as well as my bank records.

I would appreciate if someone calls me to discuss this further.
