I am very disappointed and upset. I work in a financial intuition and I understand the needs of service delivery as well as the needs of clients. My priority to my clients is listening to what they want and giving what they require upon their request (as per the fias legislation). Never thought I would fell victim to someone that is sales targeted. I sent budget a mail on their site requesting them to call me back (25.07.2013) which they did respond immediately, minutes after it was sent. Bruce Ratsuma assisted me and he was very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a quote, estimating how much I will more or less pay for insurance, if I had to buy the vehicle. I've made it clear to him numerous times that I just want to know how much I would pay but to my surprise when I called in this morning (26.07.2013) my details for debit order was sent to the bank for a debit order to go off on the 30th. He assured me that a debit order will not go off, when he requested my account number. Now I will be liable to pay my bank unpaid fees on my account and it will also effect my conduct. I agreed to a commencement date not fully understanding that the policy was already initiated
