I cancelled budget insurance, and received a confirmation immediately. I however they have now debited my three times after cancellation. Firstly profile has unpaid figures and i had to pay R120 per unpaid charge. Mind you, when he was administering policy before cancellation we agreed on debit date which is 22 of each month to my surprise they today (18 April 2013). I find this very disturbing that I used my phone again to enquire and they still have obesity of telling me they have to conduct investigation still, meanwhile I negative in my account.
