Once again standard bank homeloans debit my account when I pay my bond via STOP ORDER.
I have asked them to make sure that this don't happen to me as it is the second time that this is happening to me when I apply for an advance.
All my debits are not being paid as there is insuffient funds in my account.
26/07/12 - Pogiso Letlonkane - logged my complaint and advised me to write a letter to request my funds to be refunded as it will take 4 to 5 working days to refund my money.
26/07/12 - Portia Majazi complaints department gave me a ref :40268717
The owners now falls on my me to write a letter to them to request a refund.
This I the worst service that I have ever experienced.
It also places me in an situation where i, m embarrassed as I now need to contact my kids school to notify them that my kids fees are not being paid.
I am a client that never miss a moths bond payment, I'm a person that pays on time...
You guys just know how the stuff up!!!
