I have recently lost my job and cannot afford to pay my discovery and kulula cards. I have mailed fnb collections about this and asked that we make a payment arrangement. I have also advised them that i have a hearing problem that is why i email. they keep on phoning me.

cant they read emails and just send emails? i know i have this debt but unfortunately i am not in the position to pay now. I want to make an arrangement but clearly they dont. it is not as if i will not pay, it is just that i cannot pay now. i will pay as soon as i have a job again
