I accepted a quotation from King Price. I have never received any documents or my policy. The first premium should have gone of the 1st of July 2013. For some reason it didnot went through. On12 July 2013, my vehicle was in an accident. When I wanted to claim, I was informed that my premium did not went through. And I didnt had coverage. I asked if I could pay it in King Prices bank account. I was told that I couldnt. My policy nr was given over the phone. I also asked if the company cant deduct a double payment the beginning of the next month, I was also informed they cant. Unfortunately I dont have vehicle to drive, if I had I am going to change to another insurance company, even if I have to pay more
