On the 12th of July I went to FNB Century City regarding a duplicate transaction on my account for a purchase I made with my cheque card. Noncedo Gwija was friendly and helpful and assisted me with filling in the required documents. She informed me that it will take about 5 working days to sort it out and I said fine. A week later I phoned the card disputes department since I haven't heard anything from them. They informed me that the dispute will only be resolved in a months time, which I found unacceptable. After this I turned to the merchant for help, but there where still delays getting the refund back. I turned to Noncedo again since she was the only one that provided feedback last time without me asking for it, and she phoned the merchant and took it upon herself to get my money back. Thank you Noncedo, if everyone at FNB was as great as you are FNB would definitely be the leader in South African banking.
