I applied for a loan of R6500.00 from SAmultiloan, which was approved and paid to my account, i had financial difficulties, which forced me to apply for debt review, last year i had a visit from a debt collector from Coombe and ascociates, he said i must make arrangements, but now i was suprised when he wanted me to swipe my card and the amount was R1600 x 34 which is R54400.00, so he didnt have answers, i phoned their offices and they said i must wait as they are still waiting for their collector for documents and theyll get back to me, the only thing that came to me was a garnish oder, i am not refusing to pay the account but paying R54400 for R6500.00, i phoned SAmultiloans they cant help me as the account is not with them, Coombe they promise to send the matter back to SAMULTILOAN and give me feedback even today i am still waitng, please help.
