HIGHLY ANNOYED

I am seriously fed up with outsurance and their team! If they are not rude with you, then they never call you back! very unhelpful and dont offer to go the extra mile! I have been trying to get hold of someone regarding my claim that nobody has come back to me about after the assessor has checked my car out a week and a half ago already. Today i have called over 10 times and they wont let me hold the line and keep taking messages on top of messages always saying she is on the line. how could she be on the line since 9 this morning already??? it is now 12:50. you telling me that she has been on the line for 3 hours and 50 minutes without getting off it? This is pathetic! Im claiming as a 3rd party in this incident, but am a client of yours and i will be sure to get a other insurance company asap after all the hassle with you guys since the beginning of this claiming experience... HIGHLY ANNOYED AT THE SERVICE
