Poor Service

I submitted a claim at Quicksure for my late husband's bike but they keep on requesting further documents without giving me the reason for those documents. I advised them that as per the investigating officer the blood test result is going to take time (more than a year) to be available as they have a huge backlog at the lab but Quicksure insist on getting those results. As a spouse and an executor of the deceased estate I'm liable for this debt that i cant afford. The finance company (Wesbank) is expecting me to pay the instalment for the bike that i dont have and quicksure insist on not paying till they get the results. The reason why we take insurance is to get relief in times like these, not for them to add unnecessary stress in our household.
