I just cancelled both my bikes insurance with quicksure as there claims department is useless. They have got no passion or understanding of bikes. Bikes is a passion not just a way of transport. They dont want to fix my bike the right way, instead when i spoke to Nikkie than handles my claim, he sain, they are rather gonna go for the cheaper option. Can you believe it. They want to get my bmw's aluminium tank that comes sprayed from germany to be sprayed by a pannelbeater that refuses to spray those tanks as they said, they cant colour match it and this is a bmw approved panel beater. So the only logical thing to do is to replace the tank. To do that is R22000. To spray is probably less than R2000 and my access is R2000. What the heck. So sseing its been longer than 2 weeks I ordered anew tank on my own expense. So now, I have paid my insurance on both my bikes every month, on time, never skipping and they are so clueless that I have to pay R22 000 to fix my own bike. WOW. And I ordered the tank so long as it come from Germany. If I had to wait for Quicksure, my bike would probably only be sorted next year. I am so upset. And then, I have to follow up with them every day!!!
