And still waiting

After being told that I didn't qualify for a data contract, 1 week later FNB called again asking if I would like to apply? I told Natalia that ive already applied and was declined, her response was, no you are not, she had all my details incl my bank details and confirmed that I was approved for the 2gigs of data from cellc, and that everything has gone through, it would be active soon as I ported my number, almost a week later, Natalia called again, saying they are unable to port my number because my number was not Rica under my name, then and there I got the permission from the person it is under and Natalia advised everything is done, I specifically asked when it will be active, she said "now" that was last week and still nothing, I tried calling back to the number she called from, but the 1 just rings and the other stays engaged, 0112271000 & 0113532000, your slogan should read "FNB, How can we confuse you" how do you offer products that you are not sure about? Btw I sent a callback request 2 weeks prior to that ans waited 2 weeks for that call, how do you not staff accordingly? Or have competent staff?
