Sorting out my long overdue claim

I lodged a claim October 2012 and I have been making follow ups for the claim payment. The first person (Redel) did not bother calling me and letting me know that he is handleling my claim, infact he stayed with it for 1 and half months without been looked at. I called the team leader (Thabo Gololo) who confirm that he did not do anything but promised me that he will request confirmation of windscreen from PG glass and he will come back to me. Unfortunately the team leader did not come back as promised which was on the 29 December 2012. I called the team leader on the 12 January and left the message that he must call me but he never did. I trying him again on the 21st and on both occassions they said he is busy with other line but promised that he will call me back. On the 22nd I called furiously with intension of canceling my policy and the lovely lady went out of way to find out the solution and even reduce my monthly premium just to keep me as a valued client.

I will like to recommend that you keep two ladies who assisted me today as I view them as an asset to the Iwyze company namely Fatima Mkhonto and Yeser (Surname unknown). Thank you very much.
