If only i knew that their service plan meant no service for customers i would have chose a better organization for my car. I called for my banking details to be changed, sent an email with the forms they sent me and the details wasnt changed. I sent an email on the site, and to two consultants but still to date, no response, my car is due for service and i cant get hold of anyone there, no one. Please cancel my policy NOW and reimburse my premiums. I'll pay cash for my service.
