After my horrific experiance in December with Discovery i was it told it will never happen agian. I put in a claim 129561 on Sat, I dropped my phone, the call centre agent told me that some one will be here on Monday to pick up the phone. So it's now Tuesday and nothing, so then i phoned in to hear what is going on, i get told that the guy that is dealing with my claim is not in today and the call centre againt i'm speaking to can not assist me, i must wait for him. How long must i wait, till he decides to come back in to the office??? So how many weeks now do i have to wait to have this now completed. I'm so glad i have cancelled my car insurance with you guys already and moved to a other insuranace company as i can only imagin what can go wrong with car claim, if you guys cant even sort you a Cell phone claim promptly. Please dont phone me with excuses, phone me with "HOW DISCOVERY WILL RESOLVE THIS TODAY"
