OK this is a long story and i don't have the available characters to write out but here goes. on Tuesday last week i instituted a claim for my damaged cell phone and was given a claim number and i was told that someone will call me later in the day or tomorrow to explain the way forward, till today none has called me. my claims administrator does not reply to mail nor does she give me feedback. she has till today never even called me since i instituted the claim i have made all the call myself and at my own expense. this is the worst service i have ever received and i keep getting told that she has the quote for a replacement and will resolve shortly but three days have passed and i keep getting the same information. i am fed-up now and i want to speak to a senior person. Discover need to be able to bend over backwards not the clients. its gonna be almost two weeks since i reported this on Tuesday and i can see we are heading in that direction. not fair guys not fair!
