I noticed I had various different amounts being debited from my account. I have spent the whole morning on the phone trying to get this sorted out. So taken hours of my own time as well as running up my own personal phone bill for something I NEVER authorised!! Who pays me back for al this time and money spent!!
I never authorised any debits for any services yet money is taken from my account!
This is unacceptable and unethical. I can't believe a company can allow this to happen! It is disgusting and disgraceful! How many people do you debit and their money and they don't even notice it!
I have finally contacted all the relevant people from MILC, PBOX, SOMU and FONESURE and they have informed me they will listen to a recording of someone who phoned to offer me cell insurance - which I did not agree to take and only then will my money be refunded!!
I am so sick of these mobile companies doing this!! I will be reporting this to Carte Blanche TV as well and they need to look into this!!!
