I was really looking forward to switching to Standard bank, experienced no problems with FNB, just wanted to try their rewards program. I go into a branch where a consultant by the name of Silia assists me. For a prestige banker the service I received was pathetic, i requested her to call me a few times but she did not - I got declined for a prestige account because of her poor motivation. I am a platinum account holder at FNB, how the do you offer me a elite (gold account). This experience has changed my perception and I feel disgusted because your brand promise is MOVING FORWARD----By offering me a elite account I am moving backwards.
