To ref of my complaint lodged 15 May 2013. Nicolette responded shortly after hellopeter followed up with OM. Nicolette took personal control of the complaint, and subsequently began investigating. She constantly kept me updated with progress of the claim. She led me to understand claim procedure, and subsequently I was able to give info wrt contact no's for OM's investigation. To cut a long story short, OM paid my claim out to my bond holder, and I received confirmation thereof. I believe if it was not for Nicolette and her team, I would have still been stranded. Thanks hellopeter for getting OM involved. Personally, Nicolette, thanks for being so efficient and persistent in producing the desired result. You have made Old Mutual proud of your Client Service and Dedication. My message to other OM claimants, insist on Nicolette Du Toit for assistance.
