I was callws by Lucid to be told that I have a judgement and they need a lwayer to sort me out for the price of R 3 500. I paid the amount but when I call XDS credit bureau about it they removed it immidiately and I called Lucid about the judgement and I was promised that other services would be rendered to me for the same value since the process hasnt commenced for with regards to the judgement. I agreed seeing that it would be difficult to get my money back.
I was also assured that those extra services have already commenced. I was dealing with Steven Fick
A week later I got a email Lizz Pather which was implying that they removed the judgent and I then start to send emails asking whats going on. Since then I got no feedback.
Then I wentt o their website and complained and Trisen contacted imidiately and tells me that I would get any services which means that my R 3 500 went down the drain.
I started to challange the decisions and I have been going around the circles for some time now.
If you may need thier services, you must expect to lose your money and be to.
Thier services is so unprofessional I dont knwo what to call it.
