The worst service and lack of transparency

1 month ago my wife contacted Liberty asking why a unknown broker had appeared on her policy. We called on 13/6/13, 19/6/13, and the 21/6/13 .
We spoke to Lolita, Palbsa, Siphwe and supervisor Khensani.. We requested a copy of the appointment letter for this new broker and record of commissions paid. All promised to get back to us but not one did.
So much for good service and transparency.
