Capitec collections cant be friendly

So I have been unemployed for just over 6months, conned out of nearly 40k, but before that I paid my loan account every month on time even having the occasional (every 2nd month) payments go off double.

my problem came in when I went into the lydenburg branch, the consultant was very friendly and helpful, dialled their collections department and handed me the phone so that I could make arrangements, I told the lady on the other side that im not working at the moment and would rather pay like between R60-00 to a R100-00 a month till I can resume payments, I mean it better than not paying isn't it?

so she tells me that it wont even cover my admin fees and that I will be handed over and that I don't need to bother.

so a week later I get a call from another collection consultant from them, who actually tells me it is fine, no my problem comes in... I have a standard bank account where the debits is supposed to go off, but being unemployed there is no money in my account, so now I have 3 separate capitec debits going off, which totals - R345.00, -R115.00 everytime it doesn't go off, and they cant cancel it no, I must live with it, so please help
