It would be nice if you would give customer service TRAINING to the people making the calls. STANDARD BANK has been calling our office number for 4 YEARS, and every week I make it clear that the person you are still trying to reach DOES NOT WORK HERE! Ofcourse, the consultant making the call does not have the respect for you company to say GOOD BYE and then hang up. Working with clients I can definitely advise you that it is rude and bad ethic to just hang up. Same with your insurance department - currently appalling me with the lack of business ethics. Now, more than ever, I am excited about going to your Bank tomorrow - take away my business and personal account - AND LEAVE.
